LeBron James gave his wristband to a kid holding a ‘You are more than an athlete’ sign

This is great.

A kid sitting court side at Cavaliers vs. Suns on Tuesday night got one heck of a surprise after he showed his support for LeBron James with a sign.

The support references comments by FOX News’ Laura Ingraham who lashed out at James’ political comments by reducing him to “someone who gets paid $ 100 million a year to bounce a ball,” adding that he should “shut up and dribble.”

The comments were the talk of NBA All-Star Weekend, where Janes doubled-down, saying he wasn’t going to be silent just because someone said he should.

“We will definitely not shut up and dribble. … I mean too much to society, too much to the youth, too much to so many kids who feel like they don’t have a way out,” James continued.

Seeing a child be affected by his comments, and supporting him meant a lot. So James wanted to give the kid his wrist band from the game.

This is great.
